Rates are valid to 31 March 2011. Rates are fully inclusive
of all services except VAT and telephone. VAT is charged at 17.5%
for the first 28 nights and 3.5% for each night thereafter of any
one stay. All invoices are payable in advance and the rental charge
includes maid service from Monday to Friday, electricity and
heating.
