	One Bedroom Apartment
	Comprising of one double bedroom with twin or double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sitting room. (maximum two people)	£1975 per week + VAT £275 per night + VAT	£1785 per week + VAT £255 per night + VAT	£1645 per week + VAT £235 per night + VAT

	Two Bedroom Apartment
	Comprising of one double and one twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room, and a sitting room. (maximum four people)	£2765 per week + VAT £395 per night + VAT	£2590 per week + VAT £370 per night + VAT	£2415 per week + VAT £345 per night + VAT
The difference between Styles A B* and C is the size, with A being the largest.* Rates are fully inclusive of all services except VAT and telephone. All invoices are payable in advance and the rental charge includes maid service from Monday to Friday, electricity and central heating. All apartments are fully equipped and include washer dryers, satellite television, video/dvd players, Broadband, 2 direct dial telephone lines, personal safes and video entry phones. All contemporary apartments feature air-conditioned bedrooms.
